manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Analyst/ Plant Accountant for a facility is central NE.

This is an on-site position (no remote or hybrid option is available)
Purpose
As a member of the corporate controllership team, the Financial Analyst will support key centralized corporate accounting functions and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for corporate ledgers utilizing our ERP system.
- Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
- Develop timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for plant
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the business.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and work with external auditors as needed.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for corporate and each of the US-based facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or similar field
- 5 years of experience in accounting field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or accounting firm.
- Experience in a large accounting firm preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems a must - experience with Plex is preferred.
