Job title: Accounts Payable Clerk A Shift

Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

Weekly freight reconciliation

Freezer inventory receiving

Code cold storage invoices for payment and backup for Non PO invoices

Vendor invoice tracking

Account recon files

SOX Documentation

Backup for daily yield reports

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong communication, computer and decision making skills.

Detail oriented, team player, and strong multi-tasking skills

Able to work with little to no supervision

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, and SAP are used on a daily basis. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
